If Chelsea were to take on his current manager this summer, they could be able to add one elite player to their roster.
It appears as though the player with the £86 million release clause will accompany his manager to whichever team he signs with this summer.
There’s a lot of pressure on Mauricio Pochettino at Stamford Bridge right now, as some fans believe it’s time for a change.
A number of names have been associated with the move to West London, with Ruben Amorim being heavily covered in recent days.
After this season, it is anticipated that he will move on, having made a lasting effect as Sporting Lisbon’s Manager.
It was even claimed that he has recently been studying Pochettino’s work, having a great deal of respect for the Premier League.
If he signed, all eyes would be on signings that would suit his style of play at Stamford Bridge.
According to our reporter, Viktor Gyokeres, who is now scoring goals for pleasure under him in Portugal, is one likely acquisition.
“Ironically, last summer when he spoke about the role, Ruben Amorim—who is still being heavily linked to a move to Chelsea and would be keen on the job—said the squad needed a striker and a center midfielder,” the speaker stated.
