After an incredible 2022–2023 season with All Stars in the Motsepe Foundation Championship, the 24-year-old star Baloni unexpectedly signed with the Orlando Pirates. The Sasolburg native is going to the Chilli Boys on a season-long loan after making just nine appearances for the Sea Robbers.
According to Mazola Molefe via SABC Sport, “SABC Sport has established that Orlando Pirates midfielder Siphelo Baloni is on the verge of joining Chippa United on loan for the season.”
The 24-year-old is looking for regular game time in the Betway, and it’s anticipated that the paperwork should be completed before the end of the week.
